SHIPPING JEWELS

- Mostly of our jewels will been shipped directly from our Italian warehouse. 
- If your size is not currently available here or in our local store, please Contact us, We will import for you the correct sized bracelet directly from our  Italy warehouse.
- Shipping times begin 2/3 business day after the order is placed. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.
- Please note that there are currently selected countries not accepting mail - for these countries we are currently only offering DHL Express, and any free delivery option is suspended. Apologies for any inconvenience.
We reserve the right not to accept an order if the shipment is at risk.

- You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.

Easy returns
You have 7 days from delivery to follow our quick and easy return or exchange procedure. 
RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return any item purchased on Claude Guerra Online Store within 7 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Contact with us
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. Sentit it back to us at our warehouse direction we previously gave to you.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
